These turbos are configured for USA spec N57 vehicles with the correct VGT actuators.  Compatible with 2014-2018 X5 35D, and 2014-2017 535D.                                                 

Stage 2 & 3 turbos make for great daily driver turbos with quick spool and great driveability.  Stage 4 will have more lag increase / tendency for surging, but will support higher power for drag racing applications where turbo lag is less of a concern.                                  

For most customers, the Stage 2 or 3 is the best all around turbo.  Both pair nicely with the stock fuel system. The stage 2 is great up to around 400whp.  The stage 3 will get the most out of the stock fuel system at around 425whp.  With the addition of an upgraded M50D Cp4 fuel pump, the stage 3 supports around 475whp.  Our personal 2014 F15 35D runs high 11's in the 1/4 mile with this the stage 3 turbo and M50D pump (low 12's with stock fuel system).  This is with a 5000 lb SUV, the 535D sedan will be much quicker at the same power level.

  • Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • Enlarged shaft and wheel diameter 6mm

  • CNC machined turbine housing
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 56/79mm;
  •  High flow design turbine wheel - 58/56mm;
  • Refurbished housings;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Please note that this Stage 4 turbocharger should be used only for racing applications. Upgraded intake system as well as performance downpipe and custom software is required in order to achieve the best results.
