JeliBuilt Performance Policies & Warranty Information
This is an agreement between JeliBuilt Performance LLC and the Customer whose name and vehicle information appear on this order form. All calibrations generated by JeliBuilt Performance LLC are supplied "as is" with no guarantee, either expressed or implied.
Custom calibrations, FICM reprogramming, ECM rollbacks, software, MDFs, Rev-X, shipping, and labor charges are non-refundable. ALL returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number; this number MUST be written on the RMA form. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER. Refunds over $250 may be paid by check.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned for a refund over 15 days and for products that are not returned in brand-new, sellable condition.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days; product will be replaced/repaired only.
We will be happy to address driveability issues within 30 days of receipt of custom chip or custom calibrations. This does not include changing calibrations to different power levels or modifying calibrations due to new modifications. After 30 days, there will be a charge of $25/tune for stock or lightly modded trucks and $50/tune for heavily modded trucks to cover the time to rewrite your calibration(s). CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS ON ALL RETURNS.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the mechanical condition of the drivetrain be considered before any attempt to increase the performance output of the vehicle. The Customer accepts responsibility for assessing the mechanical condition of the vehicle prior to and during the use of any performance products. JeliBuilt Performance LLC will not be responsible for any damage arising from the use or misuse of any performance product(s) or calibration(s).
COMPETITION USE PRODUCTS
Many of the products sold by JeliBuilt Performance LLC are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles anywhere in the United States. Legal ONLY for off-road competition racing vehicles and cannot be used on vehicles that are operated on public streets, roads or highways.
These products may be used SOLELY on vehicles used in sanctioned competition which may never be used upon a public road or highway unless permitted by specific regulatory exemption (for more info regarding your state visit the "emissions" page at www.semasan.com/emissions).
Many products are legal in ONLY for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a highway.
It is the responsibility of the installer and/or user of this product to ensure that it is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This policy only applies to installers and/or users who are located within the United States, however, customers who reside in other countries should act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.
By purchasing from JeliBuilt Performance LLC you understand that all products are for off-road use ONLY unless otherwise stated. Violations may result in a fine of up to $32,500 per vehicle (or possibly higher depending on changes in the law). All penalties and/or fines for removing your vehicle's emissions equipment are the sole responsibility of the end user.***
